The Regional Treasury Center for Rest of World is part of the Global Treasury and mainly responsible for the direct interaction with local entities or regions on Treasury topics, such as subsidiary financing, foreign exchange exposure, cash management setup and general Treasury related topics. Furthermore, the center helps to roll-out Treasury policies or strategic projects.

Your assignments

  • Cash Management
    • Execution of daily bank account disposition
    • Management of foreign currency positions
  • Processing of financial transactions
    • Entry and approval of internal and external payments and transfers
    • Execution and coordination of (mainly treasury) payment transactions
  • Bookkeeping
    • Preparation and execution of bank accounting
    • Preparation and execution of accounting for financial instruments (month-end valuation and realization entries)
    • Supporting subsidiaries in the execution of accounting for financial instruments
    • Supporting subsidiaries in the processing of account statements
  • In-House Cash (IHC)
    • Administration of IHC incl. creation and deletion of accounts in SAP
    • Contract management
    • Integration of new companies
  • Performing controls
  • Bank relationship meetings
  • Implementation of treasury projects as well as monitoring of current / strategic topics
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Additional responsibilities may include contribution to strategic projects

Your profile

  • Business studies (Master's degree or diploma) with a focus on finance or accounting
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a large international company and/or bank with international orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and fast comprehension of complex facts and structures
  • Structured and precise working method
  • High level of interpersonal and intercultural competence as well as strong integration skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Pragmatic problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Occasional travel to conferences or subsidiaries
