Senior Program Manager (m/f/d)

In your role as Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for a Value Stream Dialyzers (VSD) Program.

Your tasks

• Responsible for whole program life cycle e.g. Scoping, Program Roadmap & budget definition, Execution, Change management
• Support project managers in realizing their projects, remove roadblocks
• Continuously ensure inter-projects alignment and fit to overall goals
• Monitor program environment, implements program changes for best outcome
• Manage overall program risks and mitigation plans
• Manage reporting and communications up, down and across program
• Contributes to program and departmental continuous improvement
• Leads Program Cross functional Team (CFT)
• Report to VS Dialyzers program management lead

Your profile

• Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences, additional business education preferred
• Additional Program / Project management education required
• More than 7 years of experience in engineering, ideally in medical technology sector in either research & development, product management or manufacturing roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and/or highly complex projects within KPIs and with effective risk and dependencies management
• Experience in dealing with complex information from multiple sources (technical, business, market) for effective issue resolution and strategy planning
• Experience in leading cross functional teams, at ease in interface roles, drives effective discussions at all levels and across disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management
• Creates a positive and motivating environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German language is an advantage
