(Senior) Manager International ICS

The (Senior) Manager International ICS is responsible for supporting the International ICS Leadership Team in managing internal controls. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Internal Controls (RIC), the (Senior) Manager International ICS ensures compliance with ICS requirements and facilitates understanding across International ICS. This role involves collaborating with Local ICS Manager (LIM) and other local ICS roles, providing support as needed. Additionally, the (Senior) Manager International ICS contributes to enhancing internal control administration and performance through continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, the (Senior) Manager International ICS will lead and monitor Internal Controls Projects within the scope of International ICS.

Primary duties:

• Support the RIC as well as the International ICS Leadership Team in all relevant ICS tasks
• Efficient Management of ICS Lifecycle for ICS International
• ICS Reporting to relevant Stakeholders
• ICS Project Management
• Supporting Initiatives to further automize and improve the Internal Control performance and
• Co-develop the Internal Control System further – organizationally & methodologically
• Closely interact and align with the Local Internal Controls Managers (LIM)
• Train the responsible persons related to Internal Controls together with the RIC
• Monitor ICS performance of countries and/or based on entity/business component level
• Perform Internal Controls Management on regional level (e.g. identify and assess risks; prepare and ensure completeness of Control Assessments)
• Coordinate activities of Sub-process Owners, Control Owners and Control Testers on regional level
• Test Internal Controls
• Alignment of ICS relevant aspects with internal and external stakeholders
• Foster Exchange with relevant ICS Stakeholders
• Support ICS Initiatives and/or ICS Management on local level if needed
• Assist the main initiatives/projects of Corporate Internal Controls department and/or from other Global departments, upon request
