(Junior) Global Product Manager for Trading Goods (m/f/d)

In your role as (Junior) Global Product Manager for Trading Goods (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing part of our global product portfolio to serve strategic global needs and specific country requirements as well.

Your tasks

• Ethos of strong ownership for your dedicated projects & product-pipeline roadmap
• Performing portfolio analyses, defining the portfolio strategy, and translating it into tangible marketing initiatives
• Managing multiple action items as required to implement business plans within cross-functional global teams
• Responsibility for product success based on overarching goals and financial targets
• Plan & execution of brand-planning activities as per product-life-cycle requirements
• Develop marketing deliverables, including business cases as required for various projects
• Market analysis affinity as a prerequisite for the definition of strategic roadmap activities and founded decision-making
• Financial impact analysis; Dashboard creation, review, monitoring and recommendations
• Experience with SAP toolkit & related procedural affinity is highly desirable.
• First experiences in liaising with category management, suppliers, quality and regulatory affairs desirable

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent such as Industrial Management
• First experience in product management, or sales back-office as part of a med-tech or pharma team setting
• Basic understanding of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries necessary
• Experience in a global matrix driven organisation is highly desired
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, sales-support and project management.
• High social competency and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a structured manner even under time pressure
• Excellent business English and German in written and spoken form are an absolute must; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
