In your role as Cluster Lead Supply Chain Operations (m/f/d) - EMEA Cluster 4 you will be entrusted with the responsibility of directing, steering, and enhancing the Supply Chain Organization in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Ukraine and Israel. With a strong financial business acumen, you can drive the development of an effective and sustainable Supply Chain Operations organization within your Cluster and with this contribute strongly to the success of the Supply Chain Operations organization within EMEA.

Your assignments:

  • Encourage and lead the assigned countries in the cluster for continuous improvement on Supply Chain initiatives (Cost improvement, Inventory optimization, enhancement of delivery performance, etc.)
  • Supervise execution of warehousing, transportation, demand management and local supply in the assigned countries
  • Optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations
  • Facilitate the Regional S&OP meetings including monthly demand review on cluster level and play a key role in driving alignment between demand and supply and the desired inventory level from a logistical and financial perspective
  • Manage the logistic budgets including financial improvement, standardized reporting and cost transparency
  • Provide strong leadership to enable the team to increase distribution capacities while reducing costs and improve service via of collaboration, innovative thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Translating the overarching Supply Chain strategy to Cluster- and country-level and monitor implementation and the execution

Your profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an international Supply Chain organization in healthcare/MedTec industry with multiple functional experience (warehousing, transportation, demand planning, procurement, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Leader of high-skilled and diverse teams
  • Proven track record for implemented improvement in dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Analytical mindset with high problem-solving capability
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Effective communication skills across all levels within the organization
  • Result driven and customer-oriented working mode
  • Solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Management with deep knowledge in logistics operations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are beneficial

This position is available for staffing in in Turkey (Istanbul), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), Morocco (Casablanca), Ukraine (Kiev) and Israel (Ra’anana).
