• Develop detailed expertise within our Data Portfolio in Care Enablement
• Benchmark against other peers, competitors to develop best in class data solutions, including a deep understanding of the end-to-end data value chain across our products
• Be the go-to person in all data portfolio related topics, including investments, strategy and roadmap questions
• Explore and develop value hypothesis based on existing and new offerings and shape future solutions from a data perspective
• Build new data ventures in a highly ambitious and motivated team with a clear goal of being at the forefront of healthcare analytics and developing data solutions at the edge
• High visibility in Digital Services and Solutions department (DSS) and Care Enablement (CE), since data is the key differentiator for reliable and value driven solutions for our patients
• Openness to create new paths for a highly data integrated healthcare company
• Courage to shape our data strategy of the future with a clear vision

Critical Deliverables:

• Portfolio assessment and managing progress for existing data product landscape
• Data maturity assessment / Data Portfolio assessment and outside-in benchmarking for shaping a reliable data strategy
• Focus on data ventures across all verticals, build PoC and value hypothesis from a data perspective
• Collaborate with strategic partners, e.g. start-ups to accelerate data plays for selected markets
• Accelerate Data Product Business from a P&L perspective, e.g. EHR solutions
• Drive new Data Business activities across all verticals

Your profile

• Mature data background, ability to understand data challenges in the organization, build own data cases and drive ventures to decision levels
• Visionary and outstanding personality, openness to work across different data & digital responsibilities and empowering data solutions in Care Enablement
• Quick learner able to understand end-to-end data flows, data products and SaMD solutions
• Strong acumen in analytics, strategic thinking and high ability to execute
