Manager Translation Projects (m/f/d)

• Independent coordination of large, multilingual translation projects, especially device-related documentation and user interfaces of our medical devices
• Project planning and monitoring
• Project documentation and supervision of the projects up to the final release of the marketable documents
• Proactive interface coordination with a wide range of internal and external process participants
• Obtaining offers and awarding orders to external partners including cost control
• Query and QA management
• Performing quality assurance checks including layout checks
• Contribution to the establishment of a Fresenius Medical Care-wide terminology
• Regular exchange with national organizations in order to define terminology and manage in-country reviews
• Ensuring compliance with valid SOPs
• Various project work in SDL Trados Studio, SDL Passolo, SDL MultiTerm, Adobe FrameMaker and other tools

• You have a degree in Translation Studies or similar fields of study
• You have a high language proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Moreover, you have relevant experience in the coordination and monitoring of multi-lingual translation and localization projects and use of SDL Trados, SDL Passolo and SDL MultiTerm
• Experience in terminology management
• Strong focus on process and quality and pronounced planning and organizational skills complete your profile
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible working style and ability to set priorities
• You are a dedicated forward thinker who quickly penetrates complex issues, identifies problems early and resolves them in an efficient manner
